By purchasing products from Pulse Fitness and Leisure trading as Pulse Direct ("http://www.pulsedirect.co.nz"), the purchaser ("the Customer") agrees to the following terms and conditions of sale.

Warranties

pulsedirect.co.nz will repair or replace any goods which fail to comply with any guarantee contained in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. In addition all our products have a standard 12 month parts warranty or a return to base repair warranty. Extended warranties can also be purchased at the time of sale.

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

Where the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply, these terms will be read subject to the application of that Act, and in the case of any conflict, the provisions of that Act will apply.

Payment Terms

We can offer payment by bank deposit, Visa, Mastercard, Eftpos, cash on collection and Cheque ( to approved customers) . Also we offer a lay buy option with very flexible terms. If you select to pay by bank deposit, our bank account details along with payment instructions will be automatically emailed to you once your purchase on this site has been placed.

Returns

All of our products come with a 14 day money back guarantee. Note this is a return to base policy, the goods must be returned repackaged and in as new condition. This applies if there is a fault in the product or if for some reason it is not as described in our advert. It does not apply if you have grown tired of the item so please choose carefully and ask as many questions as you like prior to purchase. The goods must be back in our warehouse no more than 14 days after purchase for the guarantee to be valid.

Shipping

Goods will be dispatched within three days of payment being received. Most goods will reach the purchaser within three to four days of making payment. However for rural delivery please allow an extra day. If for some reason your goods do not arrive during this time please email or phone us.
Pulse Direct will insure all goods up to when they come off the truck at their final destination. If you receive damaged goods you must let us know within 48 hours of the goods being delivered. You must also acknowledge the damage when signing the consignment notes.

Limitation of Liability

pulsedirect.co.nz is not liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the material on this site. This includes but is not limited to the loss of data or loss of profit, even if pulsedirect.co.nz was advised of the possibility of such damages.

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of GST.
